Nollywood stars are bringing out their A-game as they step out in style for the Exclusive premiere of Wakanda Forever. some cast and crew members of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, are in Lagos, Nigeria, ahead of the first-ever Marvel Studios’ premiere on 6th November.

the exclusive premiere of Wakanda Forever has held last night and some BBNaija stars, and other Celebrities’first photos from the event. Nigerian celebrities didn’t come to play on the red carpet as they channeled their inner ‘Wakanda’ spirit.

Wakanda Forever

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, a sequel to the 2018 box office hit movie, ‘Black Panther 2, is an American action superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character.

The film is a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), written by Ryan Coogler and Joe Robert Cole and directed by Ryan Coogler. It continues with the story of T’Challa, the king of Wakanda.

The movie stars Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Letitia Wright, and Winston Duke. Also on the cast list are Angela Bassett, Dominique Thorne, Isaach de Bankole, Dorothy Steel, and Michaela Coel.

The Official African premiere of “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” is brought to you by FilmOne Entertainment, Marvel Studios, and Disney – the movie is out nationwide on the 11th of November 2022.

Tems on Wakanda Forever song

Nigerian songstress, Tems has expressed her heartfelt appreciation to Barbadian singer, Rihanna, for their collaboration on her new single which she co-wrote.

Rihanna, 34, released her first new solo song, ‘Lift Me Up for the movie, ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ for the first time since her 2016 album, Anti. The ballad is co-written by Tems, Rihanna, Ludwig Göransson, and the film’s director, Ryan Coogler. It is a tribute to the life and legacy of late Black Panther star, Chadwick Boseman, who died in 2020 after a private battle with colon cancer which he was diagnosed with in 2016.

On Tuesday, 25th October, Marvel Studios shared a short clip on social media, confirming that Rihana will be on the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack.

Taking to her Instagram page, Tems. 27, noted that she is blessed to have co-written the song in honor of Chadwick Boseman and even more blessed to hear the baddest Rihanna it to perfection.
