Amaka Mbah, a reality TV star and brand influencer, has subtly revisited the Groovy and Giddyfia scenario from the Big Brother Naija reality television show. Amaka, Groovy, and Giddyfia first met during the seventh season of Big Brother Naija. Biggie divided the housemates into two levels and kept them in separate houses during Big Brother Naija season seven. Giddifia, who was on the opposite level, was on the same level as Amaka and Groovy. Amaka developed feelings for Groovy and asked her best friend, Phyna, to assist her in telling him she likes him. Phyna followed Amaka’s instructions and informed Groovy that Amaka likes him. Groovy, on the other hand, declined.
Amaka’s request stated that during the show, Groovy and Phyna started dating. Amaka met Giddyfia at one of the Saturday night parties and fell in love with him. She told him at the party, and she also told Phyna after it was over. Biggie hadn’t yet merged the Housemates at the time, so Amaka and Giddyfia didn’t have much time to talk. Furthermore, Giddyfia and Diana were so close at the time that they were always seen together. Amaka and Giddyfia only met at the Head of House Games on Monday and the weekly wagers task on Friday. Amaka and Giddyfia had plenty of time to talk after Biggie merged the Housemates, and they became close.
Amaka later told Giddifia that they should end their relationship because she noticed he likes Diana. This resulted in their breakup. Amaka posted a cryptic message on her Instagram story a few hours ago. Amaka stated in her post that she was thankful to God that she did not get what she thought she wanted. In her own words:
“I’m thankful I didn’t get what I thought I wanted.”
