The process to transfer WhatsApp chats from Android to iPhone is not as straightforward. Users will need to download the “Move to iOS” app on their Android smartphone. They will also need to ensure that their iPhone and Android smartphones meet the minimum software requirements.
Before transferring chats from Android to iOS, you need to ensure that the iPhone is running iOS 15.5. Your Android smartphone needs to run Android 5.0 at least and have the Move to iOS app installed.
WhatsApp on iPhone also needs to be updated to 2.22.10.70 or above. On Android, WhatsApp needs to be updated to 2.22.7.74 or later. Both devices must be connected to the same WiFi network and connected to a power source for successful WhatsApp chat transfer.
Now that all the requirements are in place, here is how you can transfer WhatsApp chats from Android to iPhone:
-Open the Move to iOS app on your Android smartphone and follow the on-screen prompts.
-A code will be displayed on your iPhone. When prompted, enter the code on your Android device.
